The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of both western and Thai food. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect, with the BTS and nightlife just a short walk away. The room was spacious, with excellent air conditioning and a powerful shower. The hotel also had additional amenities such as a rooftop pool, gym, and saunas.
There were some minor issues such as dampness behind the air conditioning units, a non-working steam room, and slightly rotted cupboard doors. there were occasional problems with the shower temperature.
