I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in Nana district was perfect, close to the bustling nightlife yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful environment. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a balcony to enjoy the views. I also appreciated the convenience of the in-room safe, refrigerator, and electric kettle. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a rooftop pool with a stunning garden area. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a balcony. The breakfast had a great variety of choice. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The hotel was located close to the train station and within walking distance to several good restaurants. It was also conveniently situated near the nightlife areas, yet remained quiet at night.

The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of both western and Thai food. the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. the location was perfect, with the BTS and nightlife just a short walk away. the room was spacious, with excellent air conditioning and a powerful shower. the hotel also had additional amenities such as a rooftop pool, gym, and saunas.

There were some minor issues such as dampness behind the air conditioning units, a non-working steam room, and slightly rotted cupboard doors. there were occasional problems with the shower temperature.

Very helpful staff, upgraded room, kitchen facilities, free coffee, free shuttle service, nice location.

All was good.
